One of my 2017 goals – DRINK MORE WATER

One of my 2017 goals is to drink more water.  Okay this is actually a goal every year.  I have tried many things to remind myself to – DRINK MORE WATER.

Currently I am trying to make sure I like the glass I am drinking from.

Also I am experimenting with adding fruit and herbs to my water. Berries, Mint, Melons, Citrus are all good choices.

How do you remember to drink enough water?
